Chris Bailey-Kellogg (Computer Science) and Karl E. Griswold (Thayer School), along with grad student Andrew Scott Parker, are developing an integrated suite of general methods combining computation and experiment in order to produce immunotolerant variants of therapeutic proteins, in which immunogenicity is reduced while therapeutic activity is maintained.
